Eligibility: adults only

• You must be at least 18, and of legal age to view adult material where you live, to enter or use this site.
• Do not use the site where viewing adult content is against the law.
• Before you can watch, download or buy anything, you must confirm your age on your account. Giving false age information breaks these terms and we will close the account.
• You must not let anyone under 18 see content from this site, on your device or any other.

Your account

• Use a real email address that you control. We use it to sign you in and to contact you about your account and orders.
• One person per account. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been misused.
• Your account, and anything bought on it, is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred or shared.
• We may limit sign-ins, streams or downloads that look like account sharing or automated access.

Your licence to the content

All videos, stills and other material on the site belong to us or our licensors. When you pay for a membership or a single item, we give you a limited licence that is:

• personal: for your own private, non-commercial viewing only;
• non-transferable: you cannot sell, give, lend or sub-license it to anyone else;
• revocable if you break these terms.

Files you download are DRM-free so you can keep them on your own devices. That convenience is not permission to share them. You may not copy, upload, post, stream, broadcast, sell or otherwise redistribute any content, in whole or in part, including to other sites, social media, file-sharing services or group chats. You may not use any content, or anything derived from it, to train, fine-tune, test or prompt an AI or machine-learning model, or to build a dataset. You may not remove watermarks, labels or other notices. No other rights are granted.

Prepaid memberships

• A membership is a fixed period of access to the members' library (for example 30 days), shown at checkout before you pay.
• The period starts when your payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period. It is paid for in advance, once.
• Memberships never renew automatically and we never charge you again on our own. To keep access, buy another period. We show a reminder on your account shortly before a period ends.
• Periods are not pro-rated. Once a period has begun there are no refunds, full or partial, for unused time, except as set out in the refund policy.
• Single items you buy stay on your account after a membership ends; library access that came with the membership does not.

Paying in Bitcoin

• Payments on this site are made in Bitcoin through BTCPay Server. Prices are set in US dollars and converted to Bitcoin at the exchange rate when the invoice is created. The amount of Bitcoin on the invoice is the amount you must pay.
• Each invoice stays open for 15 minutes. If it expires before your payment is seen, start a new checkout; a payment that arrives after expiry is handled as described in the refund policy.
• Your purchase unlocks once the payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin network. This usually takes minutes but can take longer when the network is busy, and depends on the fee you choose in your wallet. We are not responsible for delays on the network or in your wallet.
• You pay any network or wallet fees. Send the exact amount shown, from a wallet you control.
• Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed once settled. We do not see or store your wallet keys.

Card purchases on Fanvue

We do not take card payments on this site. If you choose to pay by card, you do so on our page on Fanvue, a separate service. Those purchases, subscriptions and any refunds are governed by Fanvue's own terms and policies, not these terms, and access you buy there is delivered on Fanvue.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, record, screen-capture or bulk-download content, or use bots or scripts on the site;
• share, resell or redistribute content, logins, download links or stream links;
• get around age checks, download limits, paywalls, rate limits or any other access control;
• claim, or suggest, that our content depicts a real person, or use it to harass, impersonate or defame anyone;
• attack, probe, overload or interfere with the site or its providers;
• file false reports or false copyright notices;
• use the site in breach of any law that applies to you.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close your account, without notice and without refund, if you break these terms, for example by sharing content or a login, giving false age information or misusing payments. If we stop running the site for reasons unrelated to a breach, we will give notice on the site first and say how you can download what you bought. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licence limits, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that any item will stay in the library.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others that arise because you broke these terms, for example by redistributing content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change never affects a membership period or purchase you have already paid for.
